Name’s Jeff Knox.
I started CSI in January 2025 and it’s been the best career move I’ve ever made.
I spent 8 years working on banking equipment and electromechanical device repair, vaults, locks, audio, video, ect. pretty much everything a bank might need installed or serviced.
The last 11 years I worked at a local MSP starting as a bench/service tech and transitioning into Service Coordination and Project Management.
Love working here, love working from home, and I look forward to many years with CSI!
